Health and Safety Responsibilities
Stirling Medical Innovations are committed to deliver a 'Zero Accident Culture' as part of the responsibilities for all employees. We have a Safety Management System in place to develop our people, processes and procedures.
In 2006, our first complete year, we measured our accident levels and types through Key Performance Indicators. We also measured our employee attendance levels to determine sickness and motivation levels. Our results were exceptionally good, where:

In 2007 we will be developing our Safety Management System further and include areas such as:
- Disaster and Recovery planning
- A new Occupational Health Programme
- A new electronic integrated system for Health and Safety management
- Continued involvement by all employees in controlling risk and risk levels in all of our activities
- To communicate with the authorities and neighbours on progress and where correlation is required
